We are looking for someone to manager our growing customer service team working in our fast-paced Customer Service Department. We are busy servicing not only our Trojan customers but also our Automotive Aftermarket customer base. No two days will be the same!We have a great company culture and small dedicated team, operating from our modern warehouse in Mangere.Qualifications & experienceDemonstrated experience in a customer service environment in warehousing and manufacturing in both B2B and B2C environmentsExperience managing a customer service teamDemonstrated experience with ERP systemsMechanical knowledge is an advantage.Industry knowledge an advantageTasks & responsibilitiesTo continuously improve the standard and value of service provided to internal and external customersReport customer service levels, KPI's and trends to the wider business, along with action plans to improve To co-ordinate responses to customers involving internal cross functional teams ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved;Mentor, coach and manage the activities of the customer service team ensuring market leading delivery of service and promote this approach to both internal and external customers;Proactively lead, develop and implement process improvement activities within the customer service department at both a strategic and operational level;To ensure the requirements of external customers are clearly understood by AutoPacific personnel, and met in a timely manner. Stable company that is part of a growing organisation, https://amotiv.comOn-site parking and excellent Mangere location close to Southwestern motorwayCareer progression and extensive training programs are available for the right person Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a customer services manager?
