This exciting role sees us seeking an experienced Client Services Manager for our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) Branch. A key role in our organisation. You will champion customer centric service and have a proven skill set to multitask. This role plays a vital role in enhancing our customer's experience, transforming the relationship into that of a service provider to a service partner, building trust and mutual understanding between the two organisations. This is an exciting role where no 2 days are the same. You will manage a portfolio of clients around Auckland and ensure that they are receiving the best possible service. Along with this you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a team of officers who will work across your portfolio at the clients' sites. About the role – you will be: Managing the daily activities of your clients while driving financial performance for the business Acting as first point of support, escalation & response with key clients Be our customers' Champion within First Security, ensuring that internal stakeholders understand our customer's needs and are aligned to deliver on our commitments. Providing leadership through people and working collaboratively end to end as one team. You will have a strong sense of commercial acumen - Creating strategic plans to ensure delivery and budgets are met and clients' expectations are exceeded. Being out and about in the field, ensuring your team are motivated and delivering for your clients. What you will bring: 2+ years leadership experience in a dynamic environment 2+ years in a client service or client facing role. Experience in the security industry or other relevant service sectors. Well-developed interpersonal negotiating skills with a flexible and adaptable approach to management Demonstrated aptitude in customer service and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the customer organization High levels of computer literacy and the ability to create professional reports Have a current COA or the ability to gain one Must have a full Drivers Licence Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check Working with First Security also gives you full access to our employee benefits program including retail, insurance and subscription discounts.
