We are an Auckland-based auto repair company offering a range of services.
Now we are hiring a customer service manager to join our dynamic team.
- This is a permanent, full-time role based in Auckland, New Zealand.
- The hourly rate ranges from $30 to $35, depending on your experience, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 working hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Creating and continuously improving company policies and procedures related to customer relations services provided  Ensuring operational efficiency and delivering high-quality customer service within the company  Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, especially in tough situations, and providing guidance and feedback to other team members  Assist in the recruitment process when required  Plan and implement after-sales services to follow up on customer satisfaction  Communicating with other teams within the company to identify and respond to customer expectations  Requirements: A level 5 diploma or higher qualification in relevant field is required.
At least three years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Work experience in automotive repair field is preferred.
