Ceylon Cars PTY Limited is currently looking for Customer Service Manager to join our team in Auckland. The position is responsible for the whole customer service operations of company includes, establishing efficient and effective customer service procedures and policies. This role will suit an ambitious all-rounder who can focus on multiple tasks. You will need to be able to work from Monday to Sunday from 9AM to 6PM with Minimum of 30 hours and maximum can reach to 40 hours. Job Duties: · Manage all day today customer service tasks that include, sales operations, wholesale operations are managed effectively, efficiently and in friendly manner. · Mange all trade customers include, their orders, trade discounts. · Follow up with customer feedback of the good are sold, the service provided and implement appropriate strategies to improve the customer service standard. · Maintain the organization culture that delivers exceptional service for the customer · Implement appropriate strategies to improve the customer service standard. · Deals with all customer service and issues. · Research and implement competitive / potential customer service strategies · Accountable for after sales management · Ensure compliance on regulatory, administrative and operational requirements in New Zealand. Job Requirements: · Prior experience of 3 years in relevant field or should have Level 4 Diploma qualification or higher. · Should have leadership skills and strong business acumen · You will have a proactive approach to work, a high level of attention to detail. · Excellent written and spoken communication skills. · Proficient in Excel and other computer skills · Self-starter with decision-making capabilities and strong presentation skills · Applicant must have a clean background with no criminal record · Strict zero tolerance for alcohol and drug use in the workplace.
