We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Countdown  Ashburton team

In this role we are looking for our next leader to have A real passion for excellent customer experience and a team first approach
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in creating team rosters
Proven leadership abilities and success training and developing your team
First aid, general managers, food safety certificate and LQC - preferred but not required
Have the full run of the floor in this busy, customer focused environment. As a Customer Service Manager you could expect to be  Overseeing the checkout and office departments ensuring everything runs smoothly
Completing general administration for the store including maintenance of compliance records
Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills
Championing health and safety practices
The hours and days for this Customer Service Manager position are
Sunday to Thursday 0730 - 1500
