Plus, we're focused on sustainability, so we look after the planet too.About the RoleWe currently have a Customer Service Manager position available in Wellington. You will be expected to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility is a must as you will be visiting all of your sites as part of a regular call cycle.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your team delivers outstanding client services in all aspects of contractual work. The role's responsibilities include:Training, developing, and retaining team membersManaging work schedulesCompleting quality auditsCoordinating equipment, supplies, and materialsFulfilling work ordersProducing rostersApproving timesheetsPromoting a safe and healthy workplaceOur Ideal CandidateIs reliable, flexible, and an excellent communicator. They have people management experience—motivating, developing, and directing their team comes naturally. They are superb at managing their time effectively, making sound decisions, and can think on their feet. Our ideal candidate understands that our customers expect quality and always delivers services to a high standard.A knowledge of the cleaning industry would be ideal; however, this can be taught and picked up on the job.
