About the Role
We currently have a Customer Service Manager position available in Wellington.
Monday to Sunday working 40hrs per week.
You will be expected to visit all of your sites as a part of a regular call cycle so flexibility is a must in this role.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your team delivers outstanding client services in all aspects of contractual work. The role's responsibilities include training, developing, and retaining team members, managing work schedules, completing quality audits, coordinating equipment, supplies and materials, fulfilling work orders, producing rosters, approving timesheets, and promoting a safe and heathy workplace.

They are superb at managing their own time effectively, making sound decisions and can think on their feet. Our ideal candidate understands our customers expect quality and always deliver services to a high standard.
A knowledge of the cleaning industry would be ideal, however this can be taught and picked up on the job!
Ability to write and speak English fluently is essential as is being able to legally drive in NZ.
