Customer Service / Export Admin

We're on the hunt for a competent administrator who has customer service experience. You will support the Operations team with the following:
Using SAP to key orders
Processing export documentation
Re-checking orders are correct and all aligning paperwork is accurate – most of these are bulk volumes of raw materials
You will be covering someone who is going on extended leave. We are looking for an immediate start and expect there will be work up until the 3rd Feb 2025, with Xmas and New Year off (from the 23rd Dec until the 6th Jan). The hours are full-time, 8.30am - 4pm Mon to Fri.
The ideal person will have good initiative and attention to detail. Someone who has worked in export admin or with SAP would be fab, but we can teach you if you're good at systems.
You'll be working for an international manufacturer based in Mt Maunganui. It's a pretty down to earth environment with good people. To fit you'll be easy going with a fun personality.
