About the Role:
Casual Shifts: Work as needed based on our clients' requirements.
Flexibility: Shifts are available across the entire week, so the ability to adapt to varying schedules is crucial.
Diverse Workplace: You'll get to work in different cafés, events, restaurants, care homes, and catering environments across Tauranga, bringing your skills to various settings.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a barista with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work on short notice, including weekends and early mornings.
