Customer Service Expert (Maternity Leave Cover)

The Role You will be a customer service expert, working with the Kahuvet team to provide a great customer experience. We are seeking a dedicated professional for a fixed-term position lasting 6 to 8 months to provide maternity leave cover, with an ideal start date of late September. There may also be the possibility of an extension to the contract. The role is 40 hours, full time Monday to Friday, working from 8.30am to 5pm. We also offer one work from home day a week, after completion of an initial training period and demonstration of proficiency. Responsibilities Ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from start to finish. Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online chat. Work with team experts to provide technical product support. Arrange loan and demonstration products. Skills and experience Self-motivated and organised, with a good work ethic. Be physically fit and able to work in a busy workplace. Enjoy working within a team that prioritises customer experience. Friendly demeanour and enjoy customer interaction. Have good written and spoken English. Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Experience in the veterinary industry - ideally a veterinary nurse.
