Customer Service Consultant - Rotorua

Our Rotorua based client is a locally owned and operated manufacturing business, renowned in its industry and utilized by several blue-chip companies to develop and manufacture their products. It is an innovative, customer-focused company, committed to delivering superior quality products and services.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and delivery of products through all phases from order placement through to dispatch and delivery. The successful candidate will be working in a tight-knit team with a strong commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery of products.
Key skills required for this role are:
Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively (verbally and in writing)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate change and provide services to meet customer needs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work unsupervised and to use initiative
Aptitude in building effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
We are seeking someone who demonstrates a proven ability to work well under pressure; previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
