Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist

Vetlife Motueka offers a full range of veterinary services to the surrounding community for both production and companion animals. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated customer service assistant/receptionist to work with the clinical team to help in the smooth and efficient running of the clinic. This position is full time and includes Saturday shifts.
About the role:
First point of contact for clients
Schedule appointments
Enter data on the database
Process payments, supplier invoices, daily banking
Skills and Experience:
A friendly personality combined with an excellent telephone manner
An animal care or companion animal background
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
An eagerness to learn and an ability to prioritise and adapt quickly to change
