We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable candidate for the Customer Service and Relationships Manager's position.
You must hold a Relevant Diploma level qualification or Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar field at least; we will provide all the necessary training.
It is a Full-time role working a minimum of 35 hours per week. We need people who are committed and turn up to work on time unless they have a reasonable excuse.
Position Description – Customer Service and Relationships Manager
Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. Find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services, manage the team, and build strong external and internal relationships.
Position Responsibilities & Duties:

Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that service standards are high and that complaints from customers about products or staff are quickly resolved.
Assist and supervise the recruitment, training, conduct, and work of staff; ensure staff are taught correct service procedures.
Cultivate and foster company policies and procedures to ensure high quality of customer service and maintain customer relationships.
Always maintain excellent client satisfaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and protecting assets of personnel, building, fixtures, fittings, plant, stock, and cash while maintaining security, safety, and fire precaution measures to minimize loss.
Manage inventory processing of fleet and equipment to ensure stock availability for daily operations.
Ensure compliance with the organization's lead time goals.
Create and manage solutions for inventory capacity problems.
Create and maintain an environment of continual improvement that supports company objectives.
Coordinate and prioritize jobs.
Verify individual performance using tracking systems.
Identify individual shortcomings of team members and help them through customized coaching.
Assist in analyzing sales leads and prospects.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate the market.
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance and the performance of services provided.
Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide help and advice to customers on the services on offer.
Ensure that the team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
Ensure client retention and authorize additional services to customers as required, preparing the appropriate paper trail.
Input in the drafting and recommending of sales and marketing programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies.
Develop and maintain business contacts.
Ensure that integrity in the brand is maintained and grown.
Implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers and assist in ordering stock/supplies.
Organize and control the work of other staff and direct the training of staff as required.
Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials to minimize consumption of new materials and waste.
Draft shifts for workers and ensure compliance to avoid commotion and agitations.
Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages and report findings to management.
Place orders for new equipment as directed by management and inspect upon delivery to ensure quality and quantity.
Resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site, ensuring fair treatment without bias.
Keep accurate records of worker performance and ensure timely payments without shortage or victimization.
Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
Arrange for health and safety equipment to be tested regularly to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Note: Any other related tasks may be allocated from time to time as assigned by the employer/owner in writing.
