Role Summary Join our Drury Branch & showcase your excellent customer relationships. Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable. Job Responsibilities As part of the Drury Team you will act as a conduit between the customer and workshop team, ensuring a single point of contact for the customer's work. You will be responsible for: Working closely with the Service Team & Workshop to ensure effective delivery of work orders. Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal. Handling of cash sales transactions and conducting vehicle handover on completion of the work. Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation. Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity. Who you are Your experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry will ensure you are successful within our organization. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following: Excellent relationship management skills. Ability to think on your feet and show initiative. Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration. Effective in problem solving, negotiation and influencing.
