Customer Service/ Administration

Mata Gas is a family-owned business with five branches around New Zealand.We are seeking an awesome, motivated Customer Service Team Member at our main office in Mount Maunganui for a fixed term of 6 months starting in January 2025.The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and be a team player who works well under pressure. A friendly customer service manner is crucial.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Customer service through phone and emailAttend to routine enquiriesPlace orders from customers via email and phoneMaintain database records and ensure client records are kept securelyOther general office dutiesLPG knowledge/experience is a bonus but not essential. Customer service experience is a must.Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm, with some flexibility and rostered Saturdays.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How would you rate your English language skills?
