Do you excel in organization, coordination, and supporting sales efforts?
We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our Lifeline Connect Training team.
You will be an Administrator, Coordinator, and Sales Support Specialist, promoting mental wellbeing through our training programs!
You will be supporting the Lifeline Connect Training team who deliver mental health and wellbeing training to corporates and community groups across Aotearoa, New Zealand.
We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years' sales, administration and coordination experience to ensure the Lifeline Connect Training Manager and team are supported to be in the right place, at the right time with the right resources to exceed our client's expectations.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients.

You will need to: Administrator: Manage administrative tasks related to mental wellbeing training programs, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
Demonstrate comprehensive computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
Maintain accurate records and databases with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Coordinator: Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and stakeholders involved in mental wellbeing training programs.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue booking, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Have a good working knowledge of confidentiality and privacy principles.
Sales Support Specialist: Have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Generate sales leads and provide support for sales efforts related to mental wellbeing training programs.
Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries, providing information and guidance to potential clients.
Collaborate with the Lifeline Connect Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities via our sales pipeline, and follow-up actions.
You will need to have a background in B2B calling and a passion for Mental Health & wellbeing as this is a frontline sales role.
