Role Overview:
In this role, you will be an essential part of our customer service and sales team, helping clients transition smoothly into their new homes. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, process applications, and provide expert guidance on our premium services.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets.Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads (no cold calling).Assist clients via phone and email with inquiries and processing applications.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fast Connect's products and services.Requirements:
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Familiarity with computer systems and CRM software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Benefits:
