Full Time Application Closes 10 Nov 2024 Taranaki - New Plymouth IT Project Managers We require two Customer Platform Leads to look after our the technical and delivery ownership within our Core Banking & Data Engineering/Warehousing domains, including operational management and continuous improvement backlog delivery. The purpose of these roles is to provide planning, delivery, and execution leadership within their respective domains, with a focus on platform innovation, operational excellence, technology enablement and risk reduction. These roles are responsible for the implementation and support of TSB Core platforms, providing robust and reliable platform infrastructure, products, payments services and data for analytics, insights and operational reporting. These roles also support the delivery of new and/or improved service experiences for our staff and customers, as well as providing guidance and knowledge of the platform operations and capabilities for other teams across Technology and our wider organisation. The location for this position is flexible across Auckland, Wellington and Taranaki.To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years' experience in a technical leadership role 10+ years' experience in relevant engineering roles, ideally across Core Banking and/or Financial Services Experience working within Agile based and service-oriented environments Strong technical & delivery leadership capability, with the ability to coach, negotiate and influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a highly regulated industry would be advantageous Who are we?
