You will be responsible for devising and executing relationship and bridging strategies that promote growth, sustainability, and profitability for both existing and prospective clients. Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction is paramount. This position is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can leverage extensive executive-level and deep customer relationships to identify and seize future opportunities for Datacom. Join us and be part of a team where your innovative ideas and strategic vision will drive success and make a lasting impact.What you'll bring: A love of building and maintaining lasting relationships with key decision makers Deep business understanding of end-to end sales to delivery cycle Ability to lead and story tell at presentations and confidently sell Datacoms offerings Ability to write high quality proposal documents Strong consultative, strategy and planning skills Financial/commercial/contractual analysis, management, and governance Commercial and Contractual acumen Demonstrated Negotiation skills What you will do: Strategy & Growth:Strategic planning and execution of acquisition for new customers that contributes to our revenue position Focus on new customer acquisition and the growth within our existing portfolio. Manage and create customer partnerships with Datacom Relationships: The Customer Partnerships Lead will have a customer focused/market facing priority, with the goal to develop long term quality engagements with typically large public and private New Zealand organisations. Building value-based relationships in our accounts whilst developing key relationships (and ecosystems) that strategically enable you to deliver on Datacom objectives Delivery: Ensure all delivery is well planned and executed with excellence. Ensuring the right people, commercials and governance are in place to deliver successfully to our customers Consistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to customers (time, cost, and quality).
