Customer Operations Specialist

We need a Customer Operations Specialist to join our team!
About the role:
Want to be part of a fun, productive team where your contribution is encouraged and genuinely valued? Our Customer Operations Team needs an Operations Specialist to provide support services to our branch and head office teams. You will be the first point of call for a helpdesk level of assistance and complete centralised processes. You will guide and resolve enquiries by providing advice; making decisions within delegation or making recommendations to the appropriate person.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support to our frontline staff for more complex account types and processes.
Proactively work to improve our operational processes.
Deliver administration support for our key centralised processes.
Comply with various legislative requirements e.g. AML.
Skills and experience:
Ability to problem solve, and make effective decisions within delegation.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Experience in a banking or operational environment is preferred, but not required.
