About the role As Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our new customers feel welcomed and valued from day one, delivering a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience. This role is all about putting the customer first, so you'll work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical advice and keep proactive communication flowing with our customers.
Bring your technical expertise, top-notch communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to the team. Building strong relationships with stakeholders—including the sales team, IT/PBX vendors, third-party contractors, Now partners, and Local Fibre Companies—will be crucial to your success.
By setting high standards for customer service, you'll champion a customer-centric approach to onboarding, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your proactive communication and dedication to a smooth onboarding process will help us deliver outstanding value to our customers.
A bit about you We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in data and/or voice & telephony support, whether in-house or with external clients. You should have a track record of supporting business customers and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Flexibility is essential, as there will be times when you'll need to work outside of regular business hours to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Building strong relationships with both customers and teammates is crucial. We value enthusiasm, energy, and a strong desire for learning and development. If you enjoy working hard and making the most of opportunities, can work autonomously, be proactive, and take ownership of processes, we want to hear from you. A relevant tertiary qualification in IT/Engineering and industry certifications like CompTIA Network+ would be beneficial.
