We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience Workforce Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Customer Experience Manager to improve processes and systems within the centre, driving business excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the challenge of optimizing operations, this role offers a great opportunity!Your key responsibilities will include:Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to analyse and improve processes within the Customer Experience Centre.Develop data analysis methods to support business excellence and maintain LIC performance visibility.Facilitate process improvements using Best Practice Workforce Planning and forecasting methods.Develop and implement KPIs for continuous improvement.Manage system fall-over and contingency plans.Initiate and lead quality improvement projects.Oversee Customer Experience Centre campaign reports and implementations.About You:You'll bring experience gained within scheduling and forecasting in a contact centre environment, where you will have honed your skills in numerical performance reporting.
