Position: Customer Experience Specialist Location: Hamilton, New Zealand Reports to: Customer Experience Manager Full-time 6 months contract starting 1 August, with the potential to become permanent   About the Role: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our Customer Experience Team.
Your role is crucial in providing outstanding support to our programme partners and members, ensuring a seamless experience through both inbound and outbound calls.
You will work collaboratively with our finance, marketing, and sales teams, as well as external partners, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Inbound Calling: Provide comprehensive phone support for customer inquiries, reward redemption, and order processing.
Handle a variety of tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Outbound Calling: Support sales and marketing teams with outbound calling for project management, new partner launches, and promotions.
Notify customers about order delays, out-of-stock items, or cancellations.
Assist customers in redeeming points nearing expiration and welcome new customers to the programme.
Administration: Accurately add and update customer information in our systems.
Send welcome packs, organize parcels, and handle returned items.
Log calls and notes accurately, ensuring detailed and relevant information for customers or campaigns.
Process leads and handle any other tasks aligned with business requirements.
Who You Are:   Essential Skills: Proven experience in customer service.
Preferred experience in outbound calling with a focus on maintaining customer relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in customer relationship and database management.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Attributes: Independent and collaborative worker with excellent time management skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at problem-solving.
Motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.
Empathetic, patient, and a great listener, with a keen understanding of how behavior impacts others.
