Operating 7 days, weekend work may be required.Our Customer Experience team services customers through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and chat.What you'll doIn this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers and take pride in delivering exceptional service. You will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries and be responsible for providing the appropriate solution where you can.What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with a positive attitude and clear communication skills to join our team. Previous experience in a customer service role would assist. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you must be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills, have the willingness to help others, and be a great team player.
