Role Purpose
This role is a blend of retail, customer services and administration support. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will create meaningful and memorable brand experiences for customers visiting our small Paengaroa retail space. You'll build strong brand connections by sharing our history, purpose, and products while ensuring a premium, consumer-first approach. This varied role will also involve administration services on-site, and support the Customer Experience team as needed.
This role is fully site-based and will require you to be on-site 5 days per week, roughly 8:30am - 5pm (hours may change slightly), Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pop-up retail space, including stock management, merchandising, and creating a welcoming environment.
Provide first-class customer service and deliver enriching and educational experiences for customers and shoppers.
Support the Customer Experience team, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Provide administrative support to the EA to the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, especially within retail or customer service.
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles.
Strong digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
A proactive approach to customer service, thriving in dynamic environments and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
