Building great relationships whilst providing the best coffee is the heart of what we do, and our Customer Experience team play a key part in this, being the first point of contact for our Allpress community.Our Customer Experience Representatives are the front-line ambassadors for Allpress Espresso. You'll provide exemplary service and support to our valued customers, engaging with coffee enthusiasts from all walks of life, assisting them with orders, inquiries, provide basic technical troubleshooting and ensure the customers overall satisfaction with our products and services.Our Customer Experience Representatives are the bridge between Customer Experience and Sales ensuring a smooth customer on-boarding experience. As a sales administrator, you will be setting up new customer accounts, updating our CRM tool and keeping our sales team informed along the way.
