Role Overview: The Customer Experience Officer ensures that every visitor's journey is engaging and positive. This role encompasses delivering library programs, assisting with digital information access, promoting the area to visitors, and helping customers access Council and community services. The role is primarily based at Owaka Community Library, with occasional relief duties at other facilities. This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 30 hours per week.
