Customer Experience Manager (Receptionist/PA) Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism) We're not your average accounting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients Providing exceptional customer service Contributing to the overall success of the team The role will involve : Being responsible for the end to end customer experience Diary management, including scheduling client meetings Supporting the team to win new clients by maximizing the impact of our external engagements, presentations and other business development activity. You own the client onsite experience, which involves welcoming clients to Frank, and on-site hospitality Being responsible for internal and external events, ranging from staff events to EOFY client events, speaking events (including presentation decks) and other opportunities to represent Frank and drive revenue. You will be an administrator of our client CRM and practice management system XPM, and associated systems. You will ensure the data is up to date, users are trained appropriately (as part of new employee onboarding, and ongoing), data integrity is checked and maintained, and improvements are identified and implemented in line with company plans. Skills, qualifications, and experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred) We look forward to hearing from you!
