United Flower Growers Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate has the ability to work closely with our CEO and other members of the wider operational team to ensure United Flower Growers' suppliers and buyers are identified. United Flower Growers is the largest flower broker in New Zealand and has developed a virtual trading floor that connects florists with growers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Applicants must have relevant commercial experience and be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. Qualifications for Customer Experience Manager: Relevant commercial experience in managing long-term client relationships. Ability to handle a tech-savvy professional who excels in leveraging technology to enhance efficient customer care. Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients and their families. Ability to manage multitasking effectively. Responsibilities for Customer Experience Manager: Ensure continuity and growth in the procurement of fresh flowers in our virtual auction and wholesale business. Launch and ensure the success of our new technologies. Create a user-friendly environment to attract more buyers to our auction floor.
