Customer Experience Manager Job In New Zealand

United Flower Growers Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with the CEO and other members of the wider operational team to ensure that United Flower Growers' suppliers and buyers are identified. United Flower Growers is the largest flower broker in New Zealand and has developed a virtual trading floor that connects florists with growers. The candidate should have the ability to create a more user-friendly environment to attract more buyers to our auction floor. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Applicants must have relevant commercial experience and be proactive self-starters who are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications for Customer Experience Manager:

Candidates must have relevant commercial experience in managing long-term client relationships.
Ability to handle tech-savvy professionals to excel in leveraging technology to enhance efficient customer care.
Must be able to deliver exceptional customer experiences to clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients.
Ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities for Customer Experience Manager:

Responsible for ensuring continuity and growth in the procurement of fresh flowers in our virtual auction and wholesale business.
Ability to launch and ensure the success of new technologies.
Create a user-friendly environment to attract more buyers to our auction floor.
Provide real-time insights to support better company-wide decision-making.
