This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Applicants must have relevant commercial experience and be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. Qualifications for Customer Experience Manager: Relevant commercial experience in managing long-term client relationships. Ability to handle a tech-savvy professional who excels in leveraging technology to enhance efficient customer care. Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients and their families. Ability to manage multitasking effectively.
