We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Front Desk team as a Customer Experience Agent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Front Office operations including reception desk, lobby and driveway as appropriate. Ensure all organisational policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
Create a positive hotel image. Ensure individual grooming and Front Office presentation standards are impeccable and in accordance with organisation policy and guidelines.
Provide the highest level of customer service on a consistent basis and maintain the expected professional hotel standards.
Ensure knowledge of all room types, hotel matrix, and facilities to promote the facilities of the hotel.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge including special rates, packages, offers and promotions.
Review arrival lists, double-check billing requirements and anticipate guest needs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work weekends and on a rotating roster.
Team player, establishment and excellence. Positive attitude, outgoing friendly personality. Reliable and flexible to change.
Strong written and oral communication.
Experience in direct sales, or a similar sales administration role.
In depth knowledge of hotel PMS, reservation processes and systems.
Experience/ competent in cloud-based sales tools and mobile technology.
Understanding of the Accounts Receivable process.
