Ocean Spa has a vacancy for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, working 40 hours across 7 days as per roster.
Our team of Customer Engagement Specialists deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcome and informed in a friendly, supportive, diverse and inclusive environment.
Your main responsibilities will include: Ensure every interaction counts and every customer has a positive, friendly and helpful experience Responding to all enquiries and giving accurate information Having up to date knowledge about the facility's operations and schedules Handling all bookings Performing cashier duties and general administrative tasks as required Contributing to the ongoing pro-active support of health and safety strategies and policies To be successful in this role you will have the following skills: A track record of offering exceptional customer service.
Accurate and speedy cash handling skills, and experience with electronic cash registers.
General clerical and administrative skills, with basic computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills.
An outstanding phone manner with a passion for resolution.
Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Passionate about building relationships with people from all walks of life within our community and visitors Flexibility and thinking outside the box.
