With 10 regions covered throughout New Zealand and 133 awards won to date, we are proud of the 500 plus homes built since 1992.About the roleYou will be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of the businesses marketing activity and initiatives.You will be key in all elements of the brand, marketing and communications including oversight of digital marketing along with support from the groups Marketing Co-ordinator.Key responsibilities for this role include:Oversee our annual national marketing planRegional marketing plans and campaigns are prepared alongside the Regional Directors and CEOLead the strategic development and delivery of marketing and communication initiativesLead the development of the brand and champion this internally and externally. Brand guidelines are developed and maintained showing a consistent alignment across all activities and group companies.Liaise with internal partners and external agencies to co-ordinate creation & delivery of marketing materialsGenerate and manage content including blogs, videography, photography, brochures, and other marketing materialOversee internal and external events, including our annual marketing and group conferences, tradeshows and seminarsCollect and collate key marketing metrics, marketing activity performance, and market feedbackEstablish and track the marketing budget and financialsTo be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:A minimum of 3+ years relevant marketing experience and a proven track record of planning execution and delivery of marketing strategyDemonstrated experience utilising a wide range of media and digital tools for marketing and communications activity as well as a sound understanding of digital/social media trendsDemonstrated experience effectively managing marketing collateral and materialsExperienced in managing and reporting on data, website analytics and campaign optimisationA relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar is desirableProven computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products is essential, including Adobe suiteAble to communicate clearly and articulately in both verbal and written mediumsExperience with planning and tracking financial budgeting, and reviewing and reporting of financial reportsWe are looking for a dynamic team player who is positive, driven, passionate, and a reliable all-rounder, someone who works well autonomously and is extremely organised.If you think you have the right skills and/or personal attributes, then click on the apply button and send us your CV along with a cover letter.Applications close 19th September 2024 unless filled prior. #J-18808-Ljbffr
