The Opportunity We are actively searching for a diligent and passionate Customer Engagement Officer to complement our team of professionals within the dynamic landscape of customer engagement in the non-bank lending space.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a cohesive, skilled team, where your conscientious approach and enthusiastic mindset will be valued and embraced.
About you: Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience A clear and confident communicator Possess a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring every task and customer interaction is handled with precision Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, comfortably navigating software and applications to support your daily tasks Excel at working well with others, actively collaborating and contributing to a positive and productive team environment What Your Day Might Look Like Loading and configuring new applications, ensuring they meet our quality standards and run smoothly.
Providing exceptional customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
Resolving customer challenges efficiently, aiming to create a positive and seamless experience.
Collaborating with team members to improve processes and share insights on customer needs.
Minimum Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in customer service, a strong understanding of customer engagement principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
