With our sights set on becoming the world's number one supplier of premium wool, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Customer Engagement Manager. You'll need to excel in strategic thinking and tactical execution as you support the organisation to deliver on our new business strategy, fostering strong relationships with our growers and enhancing engagement with our international brand partners. The Role In this dynamic position, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our new business strategy and positioning NZM as a global leader in the wool and natural fibre sector. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with creative flair will be essential in delivering world-class events and experiences to NZM's diverse stakeholders. Embed Engagement Strategy Development: Support the development, delivery, and execution of a Customer Engagement Strategy for NZM. Establish and manage a consolidated calendar for grower and brand engagement activities. Project and Event Management: Successfully lead and drive engagement projects, events, and experiences ensuring momentum and milestone deliverables are met. Provide strategic thinking and insights to projects, events, and brand partner trips. Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners, region managers, On-Farm teams, and growers. Evaluate stakeholder needs and work with the wider NZM team to provide up-to-date and innovative solutions. The Person Proven track record in account management, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, with at least 5+ years in a similar role. Experience in project managing events and content production. Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or Business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly with others. Strategic 'big picture' thinking and a 'can do' attitude.
