This is a part-time fixed-term role (approx. 10-months) working 14 hours per week, Monday 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, Wednesday 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.If you have a passion for our community, the ability to instantly build rapport with anyone, and thrive on providing exceptional customer service, this may be the role for you!The purpose of this role is to deliver effective support to our community, with focus on delivering exceptional customer service as the interface between Waikato District Council and its customers. As part of this role you will have a range of varied tasks including front-of-house and library services, as well as being an ambassador for our district.Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years work experience in a customer focused environment and strong interpersonal skills.
