As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support, enhancing their experience with our groundbreaking products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Engagement:** - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat. - Understand customer needs and expectations to provide personalized and effective solutions. - **Problem Resolution:** - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex issues, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. - **Product Knowledge:** - Maintain an in-depth understanding of Weta Digital's products and services to effectively communicate with and support customers. - Stay updated on product developments and company changes to provide accurate information. - **Customer Feedback:** - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the customer care team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the customer experience. - **Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. - Create and update FAQ and support documentation to assist customers and enhance internal processes. - **Team Collaboration:** - Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share best practices. - Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. - **Education:** - A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies. - Comfortable with digital communication tools and remote work technologies. - **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking and committed to excellence in customer service. - Confident in problem-solving and interacting with clients. - **Soft Skills:** - Strong negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and reach satisfactory resolutions. - High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer feelings and perspectives. **Benefits:** - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Travel opportunities for company events and training - Free accommodation during business-related trips **Working Environment:** Weta Digital is committed to promoting equality and fairness for all employees.
