Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons' is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Energetic and resourceful personality traits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
