Job Description: Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. Responsibilities:1. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4.
