Job Description: Allbirds is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.3. Provide product information and assistance with purchasing decisions.4. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints.7.
