Job Description: Barnes & Noble is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Wellington, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing customer care operations.
