Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Care Manager to join our team at Viacom. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.2. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.5.
