Job Description: J.C. Penney is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in online chat support management. The ideal candidate will possess strong adaptability and communication skills to effectively lead a team of online chat support representatives.
