Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group.
This is a remote work position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Innovation and adaptability - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Benefits: - Paid overtime - Gym membership - Remote work flexibility Working Environment: Join a team that leads the industry through cutting-edge ideas and solutions.
