Job Description: Valero Energy is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer care management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent presentation and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus Benefits: - Free food - Paid sick leave - Remote work flexibility Working Environment: At Valero Energy, we embrace creativity in a culture that values fresh ideas and inventive solutions.
