Job Description: Old Republic International is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess strong teamwork and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to improve performance - Track key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills Benefits: - Medical coverage - Paid sick leave - Company transportation Working Environment: At Old Republic International, we strive to pursue excellence in every endeavor, setting a high standard for achievement.
