Customer Care Coordinator - 3 Days Per Week

Our Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, creating memorable first impressions and guiding our clients on their journey to better hearing.
About the role: No cold calling: You'll be contacting existing clients to arrange appointments in our clinics.
Customer care focus: Prioritising client care over objection handling.
Diverse tasks: Accurate recording of client information, handling voicemail and email enquiries, and meeting daily and monthly KPIs for dials and appointment setting.
Location: Rosedale, Albany, Auckland Hours: 28 hours per week on Wednesday - Friday: 08.30am, - 5pm.
