You will be crucial in the customer journey, ensuring customers feel supported and empowered when they enjoy our products.The hours for this role are: Monday to Friday - 10.30 - 7pm (Full time 40 hours)Role Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries, including answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and providing real-time troubleshooting.Customise and oversee customer-specific solutions, collaborating with external providers to resolve issues when necessary.Take ownership of a caseload with multiple service requests.About You:We are looking for a highly energetic go-getter who is passionate about our customers and committed to achieving results.
