Our company is growing, and we are seeking a Customer Care Parking Manager to start with us in the new year. This is a newly established role of which we are excited to see take shape and change the way we operate across multiple sites.
At Care Park, we count on you to interact professionally with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. We're looking for a highly skilled customer care parking manager to join our team and lead a small team. You will also handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interactions using a friendly, helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first business mentality. The most successful customer service representative will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Technical skills to use voice-over-IP phones and customer records management, word processing, database, email, and chat software programs
Manage daily workflow within the Wellington Hospital
Provide exceptional customer service from our customer service desk
Lead a small team
